First, check your CSSPS placement from their website using your BECE index number and date of birth. Once you confirm your placement, clich the Enrol Now button on the homepage to load the login page. Select your assigned school, enter your index number, and click "Access Portal" to begin the enrollment process. You'll make secure payments, complete enrollment forms, and download your admission documents.
You need: (1) Your 12-digit BECE index number, (2) CSSPS placement form, (3) Mobile money account for secure payments, (4) Personal Information. Documents are downloaded rather than uploaded on our platform.
CSSPS (Computerized School Selection and Placement System) is Ghana's official system for placing BECE graduates into Senior High Schools and TVET institutions. The system uses your BECE results and school choices to automatically assign you to a school. About 70% of students get automatic placement, while 30% may need to use the self-placement portal.
You can check your placement on the official CSSPS portal at cssps.gov.gh using your BECE index number and date of birth. Results are also available through Enrolmate's placement checker once the schools load them. Enter your 10-digit BECE index number followed by the year making 12-digits (e.g., 100000000024).
If you weren't automatically placed, you can participate in self-placement through the CSSPS Self-Placement Portal when it opens. This gives you access to remaining spots at good schools. Monitor the CSSPS website for self-placement dates and available schools.
No, Enrolmate does not handle school placement changes. Placement results are determined by the CSSPS system and educational authorities. If you wish to change your school, you must follow the official CSSPS procedures or contact your assigned school's administration for transfer options after reporting.
After successful payment and enrollment, you can download: Admission letter, Personal records form, Medical form, School prospectus, and other school-specific documents. These are provided by your assigned school through our secure platform.
Enrolmate uses a secure mobile money payment gateway for all transactions. You are required to make payment before filling the enrollment form. Payments can be made using MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, or AirtelTigo Money. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be granted access to complete the admission form and receive an instant confirmation and receipt.
Yes, Enrolmate allows you to save your progress and return later to complete your enrollment. Your information is automatically saved as you fill out each section. You can log back in using your index number to continue where you left off.
The online enrollment typically takes 5 minutes to complete, depending on how prepared you are with your information. Payment processing is immediate through our mobile money integration. Document download is available immediately after successful enrollment.

Your enrollment data is retained for the duration of your school enrollment period and up to 2 years after graduation for academic record purposes. You can request data deletion at any time after successful school enrollment by contacting our privacy team at enrolmate@gmail.com.
