To check your admission status, visit the Enrolmate homepage, select your school from the dropdown menu,
and enter your 12-digits index number. The portal will log you in to start the admission process.
Typically, you'll need the following documents:
Printed admission letter (downloadable from Enrolmate)
Personal Records Form (downloadable from Enrolmate)
BECE results
Birth certificate or passport
Four recent passport-sized photographs
Medical report (if required by your school)
School changes after placement are not handled by Enrolmate. If you wish to change your school, you’ll need to contact the CSSPS Secretariat or the school you wish to move to. They can provide guidance on transfer policies and any available options.
